Comeet was a collaborative recruiting platform and applicant tracking system. I worked directly with co-founder Tommy Dikerman for two years across much of the company's go-to-market work.
Two years of work
The main artifact is the Recruiting Analytics launch, written for HR teams and recruiters. I built the post around the recruiter's own pipeline and the actions they could take to improve it, and also wrote the LinkedIn Recruiter integration announcement.
- Product documentation. Most of the platform documentation was mine. The candidate pseudonymization guide is filed separately because it served IT and compliance teams.
- Lifecycle email. I wrote sequences for a range of campaigns in Intercom.
- Product tours. Tommy, his designer, and I built the in-product tours together.
- Sales decks and value proposition messaging. Both were written alongside the launch copy.
Why one vocabulary
I treat product marketing and technical writing as closely related work at different levels of detail for the same buyer. Across the launch copy, documentation, product tours, and sales material, I used the same vocabulary so each asset described the product in the same terms.
